I purchased this set of Hawke rings based on past excellent results using them on my Diana air rifles and Marlin B/A .22 rifle. I ordered this set of Hawke medium rings for my Ruger 1022 to replace the high rings on my 2 month old 6-18x50mm SF scope, the scope and other brand of rings were true and zeroed at 50 yrds. I finally got around to swapping the rings a couple of days ago then went to range only to find the windage turret maxed out when adjusting but poi was still off to the right by almost 1 1/2 inches. I had never seen this before with this scope or prior rings so I switched the the rings from front to back and was able to get on target but only had a few clicks of the windage turret remaining. I will try swapping the rings around where the screw clamp will be on the other side of the rail but I'm thinking these rings were cut wrong. It is too late to return these rings plus they have been mounted but just wanted anyone considering these to be aware of possible issues and address it quickly.

They seem to be pretty solid and will do what I need. They seem to torque down nicely and have noticed no shifting. Use common sense when you tighten them and correctly torque them down, and you should have no issues. Im sure they would even hold up to a centerfire rifle, but I have them on a air rifle. Like said they seem pretty solid.
Pros:
- Look to be built of quality
Best Used for:
- Mounting a scope on probably up to a centerfire rifle.

I was skeptical about these rings at first but as soon as I put them on I knew I’d probably never buy another pair. They absolutely look great. Better yet, they function great. I think you’ll be impressed with these rings.

I purchased these rings for my Crosman Quest 1000 airgun. They are very well made and held my scope securely on the UTG Dovetail to Weaver adaptor. I recommend these to the budget minded person looking for a good set of rings at a low price. Optics Planet offers the best pricing and fast shipping.

Matched a new Savage A17 with the Hawke Vantage 4-12x40 IR. I could have gone with cheaper rings I know but everything was new so I just upgraded to the Hawke rings so everything matched. I get that way one in a while. The rings did not disappoint in the least. Match Series means "Match" grade for fit and finish regarding these rings. These rings are of the same quality of other much more expensive rings I have on several other guns. Worth the extra price.
Pros:
- Fit, finish , a quality product

I needed a mount for my red dot scope on my AR. It was fairly difficult to find a compact, top locking weaver base mount ring that was inexpensive. This was it. Delivered on time, it was easy to install. I am pleased with it.

Great product again from Hawke optic. They fit my son rifle perfect. And the scope hasn't moved bit yet. We hog hunt alot in south Ga. We are always getting caught on vines and small trees chasing down them piggies LOL.
I would definitely be buying Hawke mounts in the near future.

They do the job and love the rings. The inner ring tape/skin holds the scope just fine. Good for any use from rimfire to 308. All metal construction is tough and durable. The rings sit just high enough to allow see through of a mounted iron site system also.
