Reticle alignment issue
I own several great Hawke scopes but this model is not so good. Scope body and reticle are misaligned. Went to thee returns for this particular model (Sidewinder 30 3-12x50mm - 67-RS-SWSF3-17200) of Hawke Brand for the very same problem. Their design and optics is good but quality control is sub-par.

Hawke Sidewinder
Hawke makes very nice scopes, well constructed, clear glass, side focus to 10 yards, threaded scope lens front and rear, makes it possible to use video camera for shooting videos. Lighted reticle, for those dimmer light conditions. Sun shade, included, as well as
Sidewinder wheel. Packaged in a real nice carry box foam padded, nice touch. Top notch, customer service with guys like, Jes & Mike.
This scope has about everything a casual to pro shooter should need.
