Most Helpful Positive Review Great product for the money.
I bought these rings to mount a scope on my AR-15. They appear to be very well made with a well machined and finished surface. They have a sticky sort of tape in the rings that protect the scope and prevent slippage well. They appear to be well alligned and do not show evident twisting or flexing of the scope when mounted. I didn't have to make huge adjustments when zeroing, so I think they align well with one another. I don't have 30mm scope mounting tools so this is all simply by eye. The mounting bolt screws directly into the opposite side of the aluminum base. I have not had any pro...

Solved Mounting Issue With Benjamin Kratos

by Bipes, from IL, United States Written on July 17, 2022
Solved the problem with limited rail space available on the Kratos. Eye relief on my scope, a Vector Taurus 3-18x50 FFP, is @ 4 inches and my cheek was on the back edge of the comb with standard rings. Using these rings made all the difference, able to find perfect placement for the scope.

Hawke Sport Optics Two Piece 30mm High Weaver Extension Scope Rings Perfect for Mauser Carbine

by Michael, from CA, United States Written on February 24, 2021
I inherited my Dad's 7X57 Mauser (Interarms Mark X) carbine-rifle. I needed the extension-feature to fit my Burris 1.5-6 X 42 Scope. It fit perfectly. Excellent quality scope rings. I range sighted it in this past week after bore-sighting...Zero in 4 shots...and now it will be a long Spring/Summer waiting for Deer season.

Hawke 2" extension rings

by Gregor, from OH, United States Written on December 15, 2018
Just what I needed for my situation. If using the Hawke SB30 compact on a crossbow get the 1" extensions. 2" will work but barely enough length on scope. Be careful not to over tighten. I would use on rimfire rifles, not larger calibers. Be safe above all else.
Best Used for:
  • Air rifles and crossbows

sets it in place

by Ducky, from TX, United States Written on March 17, 2017
I have a short neck and by using these rings I can set my scope back far enough so I stay in the correct shooting position and not having my neck stretched out like a thanksgiving turkey or turning to be able to see correctly thru scope.
Pros:
  • sets scope bak 1 inch
Cons:
  • None
Best Used for:
  • Hunting / Target Shooting

Excellent For Excalibur Bulldog 380

by Parabellum, Verified Owner from VA, United States Written on March 16, 2017
One of very few options of 30mm extended rings for weaver rail.
I am large frame, 6'4"/250lbs, and this allow proper eye relief.
The good: Fits snug, the tape insight provide some cushion an grip and prevent scartching, good quality construction, no machining marks, one hex key for all screws- on the rings and bases, 4 screws/ring provide eqal pressure, so no "hot spots on the scope tube.
The not so great: this are TALL, I needed an add on high cheek rest to Get proper cheek weld, I feel that base is not that generous as other rings - i am convinced the for crossbow will not matter, but for higher recoiling rifle might be important.

Scope rings

by Matt, from NY, United States Written on January 30, 2017
I had never used rings like these a friend turned me on to them and they work flawlessly on my ar15. I'd give them a two thumbs up and I would tell everyone to use these rings, weather it be a hunting setup or a bench gun.
