not clear what this is for...

at the very least some information on how this is to be used needs to be provided.. i recognize that it seems dense to say duh how do i use a thermometer but can i put it in the oven unclear. The scale between most usable temps 0 and 100 or 32 and 212F is very small- hard to read.
Pros: nicely made - probably accurate
Cons: no clear instruction on how to use it
Would recommend: No
