Overall the quality is up to my standards compared to other irons such as trijicon and ameriglo. The tritium is centered and lined with a silver barrel which helps with picking up the dot in daytime conditions and it glows nicely during night time shooting. The only con i have for the front sight is that it is extremely hard to shoot fast with the almost solid front in bright conditions and that might be just me, but I'd love to see heinie offer a 'pro' line with an orange outline for faster sight picture acquisition. Other than that very precise front sight that pairs well with the slant pro rears.
