Most Helpful Positive Review Superb look and construction
I'm not sure how anyone could say anything bad about these. First, I'm a certified Master Gunsmith. These handguards have a steel barrel nut and superior design with special attention to decrease flex. (This is imperative when using iron sights as a backup, 45 degree angle or primary aiming device). Also, hera (in true German design and attention to detail) uses relief cuts that are not only designed to reduce weight but also, add strength to reduce flexing. Nice smooth edges so you don’t get rail bite. It’s a little heavy but durable and sleek. I honestly prefer this over the ris by Daniel defense.

Its not super light

The barrel nut itself is 4.5 oz and the 12” handguard is 7.3oz …and it’s never mentioned on any website..not suggested for lightweight built…make sure to add 4.5oz to what ever weight on the description ..

Hera 16.5 inch handrail

Excellent fit and finish to go along with the hera upper. 4 stars only because product said 14 to 23 days order time at the end of 23 days they would just keep pushing it 1 day. Called to find out how long this would go on for and the customer service agent would just say it's backorder. Asked if that a week or 6 months and response was backorder. Not my best experience with a customer service agent but the price was good and the product was outstanding. 5 stars for product 1 star for customer service.
