Bad Fitment. PASS PASS PASS......
Looks Like a quality product but has a loose fit caused Loading issues and ridiculous amount of rattle between lowers and this. Made it very hard to load first round for some odd reason. Removed and reinstalled barrel twice thinking barrel was off but it wasnt then tried this upper with other lowers...

HERA Upper
High gloss. Didn't match lower or handguard because of the shine. If used, I would recommend replacing the cheese plastic dust cover.

I've been trying to find the non-forward assist version of these for a couple years now.
Very Well Made! Super slick surfaces. More polished and glossy than typical anodizing, maybe PVD.
Not sure on the durability of the plastic dust cover doors.(keeping one star in reserve against cracking)

Looks good but out of spec
Got this for a new upper build but it would not fit onto any of my lower receivers because the front takedown pin hole could not fit any takedown pin, so I had to shave it down to fit. I also cannot fit my Radian charging handle as it gets caught on the inside notches and will have to file them down too.

Doesn’t fit any hand guards, missing pieces
This thing is garbage. Doesn’t fit knights armament, geissele, aero, and who knows what other hand guards. Was missing spring for dust cover so the pin just falls out. Trash! Do not buy!!!! Will be returning.

Very nice!
I originally wanted to upgrade my upper so i could have a dust cover because my DPMS didn't include one.
Seen this and purchased it because it looked modern. I had to take my rifle to a gunsmith because I didn't have the proper tools but it ended up fitting really nice and looks really good. My only complaint is that the dust cover is pretty much garbage, its so flimsy.
Otherwise I'm really happy with this.
