Hera Compensator
First let me say the service at Optics Planet is impeccable. I have dealt with other online retailers that I am unable to say that about.. Shipment was fast .This compensator is very well made that is for sure, it’s made in Germany and the quality shows.. The comp has some weight to it but I’m ok with that. I put this on a Windham 300blk pistol ( 9 inch barrel) ....The comp is fairly long , but that’s a good thing in my option... Great for redirecting blast
I have two of these, one on my Galil Ace Gen2 pistol with a 8in barrel and the other on one of my AR15's with a 16in barrel. It definitely adds a little length, but it really shines on my Galil pistol directing noise and blast forward of the shooter. It definitely gives the recoil a different feel with all that blast going forward, but that's what it is designed to do. Great add especially for pistol length AR's or AK platforms. Super easy to install, no crush washers or timing to worry about, just screw it on.
