I got this compensator for my Pdp pro sd and it shoots really well and u can tell the recoil difference it’s very nice Did my ltc with it 10/10
Most Helpful Negative Review Dont waste your Money
Doesn't work well on my walther pdp pro. Jams a lot with this on, doesn't jam without it. It hits your lower slide and doesn't let the barrel do its job. Don't waste your money OpticsPlanet should not sell this product to anybody. Sorry to say.

Great cost effective comp that looks ultra nice too

I have been eyeing to add a comp to the walther pdp for a while. pull the trigger on the Herrington Arms HCPDP Micro Pistol Compensator, it is very easy to install and fits the profile of the gun well. I like it a lot and it does provide a noticable reduction in muzzle flip.
makes cleaning a little bit more involved but it is okay

Great comp, doesnt do to much for muzzle rise but the felt recoil is worth it. It's probably what they say, 30% ish reduction in felt recoil.

Well made but won't hold tight

First of all, the look and manufacturing of this comp is great. Also when it's on straight it works fantastic for the PDP. My only issue is that despite utilizing loctite on the screws, it still has some "wiggle" and I've had it now twice to the range, loosen on me. This is a HUGE issue considering that when rapid firing you can, which I did, gouge your polymer grip which on the PDP is the SERIALIZED part; or, can come off and lose the stupid screw(s).

My issue is that despite torque it down almost to the point that I'm worried about stripping the screw with loctite on, letting it cure 48 hrs the second time with red loctite, it still loosens if you really take your firearm shooting. It probably wouldn't be an issue if you only put down a couple mags. But if your pistol heats up because you are firing several magazines worth, this is an issue.

This is a nice comp for both muzzle rise and recoil reduction. I ended up going with the PMM comp for pure aesthetic reasons
