Stopped working after 1 hunt

Worked for a few hours and then stopped for good. Replaced battery and charger. Still doesn't move. Very crappy product. $200 completely wasted. And hidgeon customer service is terrible. And they clearly know it's terrible because it's nearly impossible to leave a review without writing a book.�
