Fits the MOLLE II rucksack (on sides - appropriate spot) and holds 2 QT canteens secured as expected. Using these in conjunction with canteen straws (use camelback bite valve for better use - but I digress) would be beneficial in various military courses that require them. Plus, you can use them to store whatever you want when 2 QT canteens aren’t required (drums of ammo, demo, etc.). You get the high quality that’s expected from HSGI gear.

I have owned two of these HSGI 2qt pouches in multicam for nearly six years. One of which is my current IFAK pouch. These pouches are loads with webbing on top and all four sides. I have a tourniquet mounted to the webbing on top, a flat EMT shears pouch mounted on one side with a pair of shears. Those shears are tied to a retractable lanyard attached to the opposite side along with a double pistol mag pouch carrying my Gerber multitool in one side and a Surefire 6P flashlight in the other. I was able to fit all of the contents of my G.I. IFAK plus a great deal more med gear into this pouch. I've run this set up for about five years now. The second pouch has been used as a 2qt canteen pouch, a magazine pouch, binos pouch, MRE pouch and basic utility pouch. I have used these with ZERO negative issues. They are extremely well made and as I mentioned in the header above, rock solid and Versital. While these cost a bit more than standard issued pouches, they are well worth the cost. If you want pouches that will take anything that you manage to drag yourself through do yourself a favor and order the HSGI 2qt pouch. I decided to order two more in coyote for my Jeep's seat back MOLLE panels. One of which will become a permanent vehicle IFAK. As of the time of my current purchase, Optics Planet had THE best price. I shopped around hitting ebay and Amazon to name just a couple. After combining the OP sale price and coupon, I got an even better deal! I've ordered from OP several times...
