extremely small
I have a 30-31 inch waist depending on the day so I got the medium.
It's small. Much smaller than the padding on HSGI slim grip belts.
It's not only small length wise (barely reached the front points of my hip bones), but it's also small width wise(not even close to being the width of the 2 molle row slim grip belts).
Also the padding is much less than a slim grip belt.
Overall disappointmented.

Great fit with GBRS Belt
Used this with the GBRS belt. Fits great with the size medium/small…I’m about a 33” waist. Makes for easy on/off of the belt if that’s desired. Grippy texture with comfortable padding. Made in America which is, of course, always a plus.
