Awesome belt
Wanted a belt to mirror my duty belt and I’m glad I went with this one. It doesn’t have 2 rows of mollie so if that’s what you need this isn’t it but Malice clips and sh*t like that work great. The build quality is better than my issued Eagle Operator belt and is pretty stiff. I opted for the micro grip inner belt, but find myself using a cheap inner Velcro belt I had because it adds like 2” to the diameter/adjustment of the belt when using the micro grip with it.
5 Year Review
I’ve have and wore this belt for work everyday for 5 years. I am very happy with the belt overall. I’ve had to replace the inner belt it came with, which is expected. My only complaint about the belt is the size adjustment strap will loosen up over time but usually two or three shifts before having to put it back where I like it. The rigidity of it has loosened up slightly but in a good way, it helps with the comfort after the break in period. But it’s not floppy and unsupported. The belt is probably needing replaced however it has served me very well these past five years and still works great, even with replacing the inner belt.

High Speed Operator Belt 1.75 inch
I’ve been researching different types of belts for a while. This belt has everything other belts had that I looked at. It’s rigid, good width at 1.75 with a strong cobra buckle. I had good luck to try on my buddies before ordering and I went with the extra large. I’m a 35/36 waist and ordering the XL was a good decision especially when wearing over clothing.
Most belts this size from other companies don’t have the option to have an inner sticky belt. With the inner sticky belt, it can be quickly thrown on over clothing which is what I want it for. Most of the other popular brands use an inner Velcro belt, that option seems more sturdy and could be a good thing if you need a belt for matches. Just note that you have to thread a Velcro belt every time before wearing which takes time. You can always purchase a Velcro inner belt to have too.
I bought some bigger 1.75” hardware from Raven and Trex and the new loops fit, little tight but doable.

Pros:
- love the ability to use inner velcro belt or sticky belt depending on mission
Cons:
- I wish it was more adjustable to cover several inches in case you gain or lose weight overtime. For 200 bucks I feel the design can be improved.
Best Used for:
- quick deployment with sticky belt

Operator belt
I upgraded to the operator belt from another high speed belt. The only complaint I have is the large was too small and the XL just barely is small enough to fit. Great belt though and very comfortable and feels great. The belts run small so I would suggest ordering a size bigger than you would think.
Pros:
- Comfort and durability
Cons:
- runs small
Best Used for:
- Great duty belt
