Much Better Than the Original
This is a perfect fit. If you have an older rifle - the ones with the plastic band - it will be a tight fit. The older models have slightly bigger barrels. Make sure to lubricate the surface of the barrel before install to avoid scratching the barrel.

Does not fit newest production H001 Henry .22
This sight does not fit the newest production Henry .22 H001. These rifles now have a 2 piece front sight. The fine folks at HiViz and Henry confirmed. This is a quality sight and would work wonderfully on older H001 rifles. Had to return mine.

They mounted easy. They are better to see. The rear sight does not adjust low enough. It is an improvement.

For years while reading all the favorite gun magazines some of the older writers made the comment of "Old eye issues"
Well, I'm over 60 now and catch myself with the same easy phrase. These sights greatly improve sighting problems with low light situations as well as eye sight deterioration. The Henry rifle is a marvelous little piece of machinery and with the addition of these sights it fits all ages.

Hiviz sights are a must for older eyes
Perfect fit and Way easier to aquire the front sight .had trouble seeing the front sight with the hood and the front sight being black.good solution for the problem.the price was very reasonable also. installation was a breeze

Henry rifle HiViz front site
Removal and installation was a breeze.
The performance puts the original site to shame.I had also purchased a TruGlo rear site that is not compatible w/ this front site or the Henry rifle site.It was bottomed out in elevation and was still shooting 6" high at fifty feet. I would recommend not going the route I did and only buy the HiViz front and rear site.
Learn from my mistake and avoid the frustration I found out too late.

HiViz Sight for Henry .22lr
Great product! Easy to install and makes the front sight much more visible and easier to pick up for my old eyes. This is the second one I have installed on a Henry .22lr and ordered one for my .22WMR as well.
