Ray's Review of HiViz S&W .250 Height Front Illuminated Revolver Sight

The sight was easily swapped on my S&W 44 mag 629 Classic, and is a huge improvement over the stock red ramp sight. The sight is very bright provided there is ample overhead lighting. At dusk or in a darkened room the sight would not be as easy to pick up.
Pros:
  • Easy to install
  • Perfect Fit
Cons:
  • Not very visible in dim conditions
Best Used for:
  • Target shooting with ample lighting
