Most Helpful Positive Review A great alternative to the Smith and Wesson Stock Interchangeable Sight!
I wasnt a big fan of the stock interchangeable sights (gold dot, white dot, or black blade). I had one Smith with the HiViz sights and really liked it. I ordered this for my 625 Smith PC revolver. It makes a huge difference. Super easy to change.

Great site

I purchased the green version of this site for my 686+ and it fit perfectly. It's a little hard to see in a dim indoor room, but take it outside and it is super bright and easy to pick up. If you're running the stock black ramp on your Smith, this site is a definite upgrade.

Fits the 629 Classic perfectly

The sight was easily swapped on my S&W 44 mag 629 Classic, and is a huge improvement over the stock red ramp sight. The sight is very bright provided there is ample overhead lighting. At dusk or in a darkened room the sight would not be as easy to pick up.

  • Target shooting with ample lighting

Versatile front sight for a S&W 629DX

I ordered this sight for my S&W 629DX with interchangeable front sight option. It fits tight but can easily be installed or removed by hand. I got the green dot version. It works well when used on black, white, and most colored targets.

S&W Pro Series HiViz Sight Installation and Quality

The sight that I purchased was a HiViz 0.250" height for my S&W 986 Revolver. The sight appears to be of very good design and quality. I removed the original sight and installed the new HiViz sight in no more than 5 minutes. It seemed almost too easy. And with that said, I then went to the range for a rear sight adjustment session and discovered that there was no adjustment needed. It was already shooting point of aim at 15+ yards. It has been, thus far, a great experience. I would recommend this sight especially for range sessions.
