My eyes are such I can barely see my rear sight any longer. What I can see however is dots of light. So despite the dots being out of focus to me, I can still line up the 3 fuzzy dots and get good accuracy. I really like that they come with a selection of different colored light rods, so I can choose what works best for me.....all three green. They are easy to remove and replace with the included combination rod storage caddy and install tool. The sight itself was easy to install into the dovetail. I have a sight pusher, but it was the easiest I have come across. Should be easy with a small hammer and rod too.
