Not a night sight
Do not buy this if you are looking for a sight that works in dark conditions. This sight is dimmer than the stock white dot front sight on.the Walther P22. The construction appears cheap. I will not use this and will look for a different option.

Won't fit Walther P22 with 5 inch barrel good - 3.4" OK
You might want to put a prominent notation on your web site next to the HIVIZ sight (WAL2012).
This product cannot be installed on a Walther P22 that has a 5 inch barrel.
I can see where the sight would work fine on a Walther P22 with a 3.4 inch barrel since the sight is actually mounted onto the slide.
For the 5 inch barrel model, the sight must be mounted on the compensator.
To install the sight on the compensator the compensator must be removed from the barrel.
If you insert the sight into the hole in the top of the compensator (same place OEM sight is located) it blocks the hole made for the small set screw located on the top of the compensator.
The small set screw must be installed when the compensator is installed back onto the barrel along with the two large screws that fasten the compensator to the barrel.
I plan to post the same email on the HIVIZ web site.
