Not that sturdy - Hogue AK-47/AK-74 Standard Chinese and Russian Handguard w/ OverMolded Lower

This simply does not lock up as well as it should. I will probably keep it on, until I find a better solution. It looks and feels great. I like it that you can put rails on as you desire, but it is just not as sturdy as it should be. It needs more plastic connecting to the receiver to help it lock up better. The top cover is not near tight enough to put an optic on it. Just not my favorite! Sorry Hogue try again!
Pros: Looks nice and has rails
Cons: Not very sturdy. Needs to be re-designed!
