Most Helpful Negative Review Had some issues
Doesn't fit my AR10 quite tight. Issue of alignment with gas tube holes in the up/down alignment. So much so that the gas tube was now bending up slightly. took to gunsmith to bend gas tube down towards magwell cause the bcg gas key kept "bumping" gas tube. ... also pretty tough getting the gas tub...

Hogue forend coupler

This is more about Hogue's customer service. I have used Hogue on all my builds but when I ordered the DPMS ar-10 barrel nut somehow I got sent an armorlite barrel nut. I contacted Hogue directly and they were awesome. They are sending me the right barrel nut free of charge. So I have always liked Hogue but now i am a full on nut swinger lol.

The coupler does not seem to work with an Aero Precision 308 upper

The coupler I initially received and the new one I got after RMAing the first one both refused to continue to be threaded onto the receiver after having been tightened about halfway. The coupler was lubricated and tightened with a strap wrench to the same halfway point. It got to the point that I feared actually damaging my receiver by trying to make the coupler thread any further. I have no idea if I just simply got two badly threaded items in a row or the coupler's simply don't like Aero Precision uppers. I know the receiver itself is fine as I was able to reattach my Guntech handguard with no issues.

Hogue handguard

Awesome product much better than them rails that come on everything you buy nowadays. Have never been unsatisfied with a hogue product would buy again anytime makes the weapon more appealing to me over rails.

Hogue AR-10 free float coupler

This is the only way to use a Hogue free float hand guard on a AR-10. You can not beat a Hogue over molded forearm on any AR-10 build. I plan on ordering 2 more. One for a 6.5 Creedmoor, and one for a 7 mm o8.
