Half Tool-less installation. The roll pin tap in was easy and snug.
I ordered 2 Trigger Guards.
The black trigger guard has a smooth finish over the G10 material.
It’s protecting my SSA-E G-Trigger.
The OD green striped TG had some sharp edges (not am issue because it’s sand-able). Looks like a sweater from a Tim Burton film though.
Black TG Over all; great fit and finish.
Green TG. @ $21 It will do as a spare.
Some AR Pistol grips come with a TG gap cover. Some don’t or are optional. I run the BCM Mod 0 and Mod3. I had to trim off the beak of the BCM Mod3 KD Pistol Grip. The Mod 0 has the option to go beak-less.
I hope this helps you pick wisely. The weight savings are good and costly. Worth every penny carrying a 7.5 lbs rifle with a Viper PST and back up sights (unloaded with magazine).

YOU CAN NEVER GO WRONG WITH A HOGUE PRODUCT THSI WAS A COMBO DEAL GRIP / TRIGGER GUARD. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS NOT DISAPOINTED. THESE PARTS MAKE THE REST OF MY LOWER LOOK FANTASTIC. FIT AND FINNISH FOR A PART THAT RAIRLY GETS THE ATTENTION THEY DESERVE. I WAS SO HAPPY I BOUGHT A SECOND SET AND INSTALLED THEM ON MY BACK UP LOWER.
