Pad is not of proper size for stock. Had overhang on both sides and top. When used with enclosed spacer, pad would not tighten against stock. Pad is not the same material used or there stocks, would compare it to the pad on Remington synthetic stocks. Contacted Hogue and they did send me a oversize pad to grind down to fit. Was told that there is size differences in Remington synthetic stocks. Would not recommend there recoil pad, but would recommend there stocks highly.
