People, listen up. This does fit on the M&P Shield. I have it on my Shield 45. Soak the grip in very hot water for at least five minutes to soften the rubber. Put it on the back of the grip first. Then pull over the front of the grip. It takes time and effort. Work it slowly up the grip. Believe me, it will be a slow process. But it can be done. If you're frustrated, spray a little Windex on the grip to make it more slippery. Once it's on, it's great. It will never slip or shift. It's very comfortable in the hand (soft, giving you a good purchase on the firearm). Great with recoil too. The best part, if you carry IWB it keeps the stippled grip from rubbing your skin raw. Trust me -- it's great and it can be installed.
