Hogue Mossberg 500 20 GA. OverMold Shotgun Stock kit
Nice fit, good looks and functional.
Hogue is the bomb for high quality functional aftermarket gun furniture.
It takes a minute to get though especially for a 20ga.
Love the green color and the sticky grip handles..

Does Not Fit
I bought this specifically for a 20 gauge, and was ordered as such. When I got it, the butt stock will fit, but the foregrip absolutely does not. Not happy at all. Don't want to waste the money again on it.

Good quality, but 20ga forearm with a 12ga stock...
I ordered this because I was having trouble finding a full-size 20ga stock to replace the short stock on my Mossberg Special Purpose shotgun. For those of you who have tried to replace a 20ga stock on a 500, you know that the 12ga stocks will fit, but the stock will be a bit wider than the receiver.
Seeing that this was listed as a 20ga stock set, I incorrectly assumed this applied to both the forearm (12ga and 20ga forearms DO NOT interchange) AND the stock. The quality is great, and it does mount solidly, but if you want a stock which properly fits the narrower 20ga receiver, keep looking...

Works kind of
I bought this for my youth model 500 to convert it to a longer length of pull for the stock and that was fairly easy to accomplish but as far as the forgrip is concerned it will not fit a 20 ga model 500 without a specific adapter that so far I have not been able to find for sale any where. So yes I recommend hogue as far as the stock is concerned but do net recommend getting the kit with the fore grip as you won’t be able to use it.

Perfect fit
I bought a Mossberg Maverick 88 "Youth", my mistake, and I looked for a regular stock;
I looked for a L.O.P. 14, and this one fit perfectly, easy to install and quick delivery.
Also no need to buy an extra stock bolt, the one I had in my Youth was ok.

Good Replacement stock
Installs easy and is more comfortable than the factory set. I bought this because I didn’t like the wood on my 500. I also plan to abuse the gun duck hunting and thought a synthetic stock would be appropriate. So far so good the stock is grippy and works fine.

This product is so Awesome, I just can't put it in words! Forget all others and Buy This instead. I've got it on my AR and my Shotgun. Very confident in shooting because it so a part of me!!!!! I don't know what else I could say, just Buy it and ENJOY!!!!!!!!!
