I reall like the stock ard forend. They have just the right amount of tackiness where needed and smooth where needed. They are both solid and mount easily. My one complaint is the recoil pad. It works fine. I just think the design and construction is a bit sub-par. Plus they are of a grippy rubber that catches your clothes.
