Feels good in the hand....until....
It provides a solid grip to the gun. I actually shot better without the extension because it's the way I practice. If I took the time to get to know the way it shot with the extension on, I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to become proficient. I have NOTHING but good things to say about the feel, though. The product is solid.

Cons: I've gotten so used to shooting without the pinky, it was more difficult to shoot with the extension on.

great product! Very easy to install, works as advertised and increased capacity. The extra length helps with a better grip in the firearm and control recoil better. I would recommend to anyone looking to increase capacity and gain better recoil control.
