Most Helpful Negative Review Good grips but be careful
Grips have a great fit and feel nice. But the edge left over from machining will scratch the gun where the grip touches just behind the cylinder release. I put them on a 686 plus with 2.5 in barrel and didn't like the way it printed while Carrying so I removed them and that's when I saw the scratche...

Went to 4 different webs to find a hood price on Hogue Grips. Your price was the best and had free shipping. They got to me in 3 days . With everything going on that was fast. Most of my purchases have been held by the merchant.

Great Grip

Very happy with this grip. Replaced the pair on my Talo 686 5”. I liked the way the Talo grips looked but they just felt awkward. These Piranha grips feel much better and with the D&L rear combat sight it helps makes the whole handgun look meaner

Hogue Grip for 686+

The grip feels great in my hands. The fit was spot on, and replacement of OEM grip was easy. The instructions were written well, and everything was as promised. The only tool needed is a screwdriver. I am happy with my purchase and you will be too.

Ok, but fit is not the best

The grips are solid and feel great till you put them on. The grip is not trimmed down enough and it leaves very sharp edges that will cut in to your hand between your thumb and index finger under recoil. I have carefully filed down and re contoured the back of the grip after trying the recommendation of Hogue to shim it into a proper fit. That did not work, but the file did. They fit great now, it just took a lot of work.
