I purchased these grips as a replacement for the slippery stock wood grips that came with the supermatch that I shoot. The grips are are rather aggressive with 20lpi checkering but not at all uncomfortable. Fit is perfect and much better than the factory wood, and the the grips are slimmer allowing me to manipulate the magazine release w/o adjusting my grip as before. I use a homemade cleaner consisting primarily of kerosene, acetone, mineral spirits and ATF with a rinse of automotive brake cleaner. These grips have not discolored in any way. My only con is the price, but Optics Planet had a 20% off coupon and free shipping making it my most worthwhile purchase of the year.
Pros: 20lpi checkering; perfect fit; slimmer than factory wood
Cons: price is a little high
