The grips from the factory for my MK25 are nice, but after installing the Hogue G10 checkered grips, the pistol feels so much better! The grip now feels like a P226 Legion. The checkered grips feel like sandpaper. Not slippery and a strong positive feeling when shooting. If you like the factory grips, you'll love the G10 grips with the checkered pattern.
Pros:
- Durable and sandpaper like feel

This is the second set of Hogue G10 grips I’ve ordered from OpticsPlanet for my Sigs. The fit on both my Pistols is perfect. The checkering is just about right...not too heavy and abrasive nor is the checkering too light as to be slick and difficult when it comes to controlling the gun. I have been using Hogue products on my pistols and revolvers for more than 30 years and have never been disappointed. If you’re looking for top quality grips for your handguns, buy a Hogue.
Pros:
- great quality
- Excellent fit and finish
- Highly recommended

I have another older Sig P226 with the original (non-logo) plastic grips and I really liked the look and feel. These are a pretty close match and I knew from previous experience with Hogue grips that fit and finish would be great. These appear expensive, but that is mostly because the SiG grips are more 3D than for most other pistols, since the grip includes the backstrap area and so are not flat like e.g. grips for a Beretta. I use scotchbrite to polish off any sharp edges on the checkering and then some EEZX to bring the finish up. Really nice addition to a great firearm.
Pros:
- Excellent fit and finish
- Classic looks

Great grips for Sig P226 with enough checkering to not slip but smooth enough for carrying conceal. Fit and finish is superb on these and only problem I have is not having them on all my Sigs. The black and grey grips have a little tan in them also so they look good in fde kydex holster.

I have been using my SIG P226 for IDPA competition for the past couple of years. Adding the G-10's has really helped out gripping the weapon when drawn. The grips improve the overall feel of the weapon. My only regret is that I did not purchase them years ago. I am considering buying G-10's for a couple of other pistols.

Provide a more secure grip than stock grips. Quality materials, fit, & finish. To me, black checkered are a clean look for the Sig. No issues with clean/oil products (CLP) coming in contact with grip finish.

I was hesitant because of the price, but glad I decide to purchase these grips. (BLK/GRY) IMHO, these grips make a great looking handgun look even better! They feel great in my hand and the checkering provides a positive grip. They are stronger, lighter and thinner than the stock plastic grips.
Pros:
- Lightweight
- durable
- Appearance
- Improved grip
- premium quality
