Quality... YES AND MAYBE NO?
Overall... it's a quality product with quality interior and exterior construction. However, unless I missed a note in a product description or read the package instructions wrong multiple times, it doesn't fit the Model 1300 without internal modification. Yes... I even tried BOTH ends too. Yes.. I did go and look at other models to ensure I wasn't inhaling gun scrubber. Note: for a little vetting on my review am have "just a little" manufacturing and maching experience.

Does not fit my Winchester 1300
I bought this forend a few weeks ago for my Winchester 1300. It does NOT fit. Too tight, and only slides on about half way. I called Hogue a few times and they have someone on the phone who has no clue as to how it should go on. "let me ask someone here, let me ask our gunsmith, let me ask......." I have a Hogue grip on my Ruger .357 and love it. But this does not come close to fitting my Win 1300.
