I went to Holosun by recommendation but wasn't sure which one I would get. Mind you I have never even used a dot but down the rabbit hole I went and Holosun came out on top.
I found that there was more information out there on this dot and I really found the website and its info to be really helpful where I wasn't sure which way to turn.
When I got the dot , I just followed the instructions and everything turned out great. I would highly recommend this dot sight to anyone, whether they have had any experience or not.

I currently ran this at range. With this being my first green dot this has been easy on the eyes. I have astigmatism and I dont get the sunburts effect indoors as much as my other red dot. Makes me look forward to trying other holosun products in the future.

Bought this to throw on a 10.5 sig.along with a vortex 3x magnifier I had laying around. It lines up perfectlly with the magnifier. I have a bad astigmatism and the prior red dot I had was basically unusable for me.The gold circle and dot look super crisp with no starburst for me. . The glass is great and this little optic feels bombproof. .My eyes approve.. So does my wallet

Easy to mount, adjust elevation,horizontal, and red dot size. Put on a S&W M&P 2.0 10mm FPC. The visual (for me) is good out to 25 yds. Then You may want to consider a scope.
Bought for Bear defence. Works well on the FPC.

Bought it for a lightweight AR that I built. Seems well built, but doesn’t weigh much. The circle dot is nice, gets plenty bright for outdoor use in the bright sun. Looks pretty good, too. I can easily co-witness with my BUIS. Perfect for a range toy, but probably wouldn’t choose it for any serious situations.

I installed this Green Dot Sight on the Midwest Industries AK 47/74 Generation 2 Mount that I also purchased form Optics Planet. I was able to zero it in at the rifle range and it works great. The auto on feature seems to work fine and it does shut off after a few minutes of non movement. Pretty pleased with the sight so far.

This is the second of these that I have purchased. I paired this one with a holosun 3x magnifier. I was concerned that using the circle with the dot under magnification would obstruct the fov but it's not an issue. The reticle is sharp and the range of brightness makes this useable in any lighting condition. The circle dot is great for getting you on target quickly, and the dot is the perfect size. Large enough to clearly see but small enough to offer pinpoint accuracy even under magnification. The glass is very good. I don't notice any distortion. The mount is bombproof. Holds zero on 9mm, 5.56 and .308. I have an astigmatism but when I wear glasses and turn the brightness down to an appropriate level for the lighting conditions I don't have any issues. I've tried a bunch of red & green dots and this is one of the better ones for my condition. You can spend a lot more and get fancy but this gets the job done just fine. The price is right and you are getting Holosun quality and durability.

Excellent product.
Low and standard eye hight mounts are provided and very easy to zero.

Large field of view for home defense weapon. Shake awake function works great. Easy operation with simple controls.
