I ordered this Holosun EPS Carry sight in April. I received it in May. Optics Planet did a great job with processing the order and I am still happy with Optics Planet (It was out of stock when I ordered it). I mounted it on my SigP365 (9mm) and went to the range twice. After about 300 rounds through the gun the device became stuck in the ON position at all times. The MRS and green dot never went off even at night (It projected a green light up onto my ceiling at night from the bedside holster). The buttons became inoperable. I contacted Holosun and they never say a word about anything. They do not communicate whatsoever with the end user. You fill out an 8 page request form and a day or two later a shipping label is emailed to you with an RMA. I sent this in immediately and they do not reply, they dont tell you anything. Tracking shows they received it 2 days after you sent it in. They had the device for 3 weeks. I finally emailed them and the only response I get is your item will be shipped tomorrow. So after one month i got my product back and it worked great until I went to the range. I went to the range. Shot about 200 rounds and Bam! Same exact problem. The device buttons are disabled. Nothing you do will unlock the device or change its settings. If you pop out the battery to reset it then it simply stays off and will not come on. This was the identical problem that it had originally. They never fixed it at all. They just reset it after 3 weeks of holding it and then mail it back to you. So now I am starting the process again.

Personally I would love to just send it back to Optics Planet and get a model from another company (but this is not Optics Planet's responsibility at all!). Holosun has terrible customer service. It would be nice if an actual human there would be willing to contact or communicate with me. I will not be buying another Holosun product.

I still am a fan of Optics Planet though.
