Red dot 405's Review of Holosun HE509T Reflex Optical Red Dot Sight
I received the 509T on 5 Oct 20 . Ordered a CHS mounting plate for Glock MOS. Mounted on Glock 45 and used Ameriglo 507 suppressor sights , co witness extremely well. In fact with CHS mount the 509T sets lower than the 508T previously on pistol with glock mos supplied plate. The 509T seems to be good quality , will assume durable. Zeroing was easy ,all modes the dot was clear. Need to be careful inserting battery , screw very small easy to lose or misplace. Well pleased so far. The only reason for 4 star is the limited time an use.
Pros:
- Closed emitter, clear dot , easy zero
Cons:
- Has RMR mounting plate for cut slides . Would be nice if did not have to purchase mos plate.
