Not very happy - Holosun HE509T 2x 0.66 x 0.9 in Reflex Red Dot Sight

My optic was garbage. Glue all around the lens preventing co-witness (supposed to be fixed in X2), 32 MOA circle had crooked crosshairs. Then usps couldn't deliver return because "no access to location", and then the packaged was lost. Wierd how they give you a return label and tell u if you want to insure the package you have to buy your own label with insurance. Only way to get help was email blasting. They don't seem to care or want to help, I had to fill out the missing package form. They know there are no enclosed rmr's (acro always sold out) at thier price point. Almost convinced thier returns is a conspiracy to lose urs so u bave buy a second.
