Holosun 509t gr x2 - Holosun HE509T 2x 0.66 x 0.9 in Reflex Red Dot Sight

I was in need of a higher quality, durable red dot sight for my hard recoil pistol, a DE 357 L5. There were several options but the Holosun met my needs for the existing requirements. Its’ smaller size and weight won out easily along with being the preferred choice of all others. It’s barrel mounted which reduces some of the recoil and not flying back and forth on a constantly slamming slide, as there is no room on the slide for it anyway. Once mounted, it has stayed firmly in place. The green reticles are wonderful and illumination in all types of light are spot on. Cost might be a factor, but if your looking for an extremely durable optic for an intense firearm the 509T will be hard to beat.
