This sight is great. I am use to the green dot. the gold is nice. having the closed emitter is comforting. not sure why, but if you look through the sight and move yoru view so the targeting circle is toward the edges of the glass, it starts to fade to green in color or obscure from gold? strange. not an issue but an observation. having the brightness settings with so many stops is great. I can lower the setting in the range to have no distortion (stigmatism)
