Very pleased with the purchase and price. The optic is pretty clear even for astigmatism.

Pros: Mounted to a 10mm PCC with ease and the easily adjustable reticle, motion activation, and long life are common place amongst numerous other brands. What separates Holosun 510c platform and ultimately the reason I chose this for my PCC is its durability and incredibly large reflex window. The 2 MOA is precisely what I need for the distances a 10mm PCC needs to be effective and time will tell if the dot or circle-dot combination will be more effective.

Cons: Hard to call this a definitive concern, so though the pinch style Picatinny locks down securely and has the ability to be tightened and/or loosened for the tiny variations in rail widths, I do wonder if there will be any drift longer term between the interfaces. There is a bit more cheek weld required given the minimal rise on this model, though I knew this going into using it.

Back in 1995 I bought a Ruger mini-14 rifle at Wal-Mart for believe it or not $475. This was not an accurate firearm, not what I expected it to be, but I liked it because it was the mini version of the M-14, the preferred weapon of the Marine Corps rifle team back in the 70's. I was a young Marine in 1975 and was invited to become a part of the 29 Palms Marine rifle competition team, unfortunately not allowed by my commanding officer, too easy duty! Anyway I tried to accurize my gun with a new trigger group, buffer group, and barrel stiffener, it's better but no tack driver. I took my Vortex Viper Scope off of it because it did not shoot to the accuracy of that scope and put this green dot on it, shoots maybe 2" moa with match ammo at 100 yds, but it is fun and fast with this Holosun green dot, I love shooting it now with no expectation. Just saying, made it a lot more enjoyable at the range.

I have several of these now. Even though you favorite instagram gun guy hates this because its not an eotech, it will be ok. The truth is, this is all you need. Ive beat the living heck out of this thing and it keeps on ticking. Buy this and save your money for ammo. Also, did you know a goose has a hard time hearing? Dont believe me? Ask it a question.... it always says huuuh?

This was my first Holosun product and I was not disappointed. I would like to compare tlit next to an EOTech to see the difference but rhis felt great. Sighted in very easy and held zero. I will be buying more.
