Nice optic... nice price
Clear, bright reticle, AR coatings work well, and the overall construction is very good. No parallax & the mounting height is spot on for absolute cowitness. But if you want to spend an extra $300+ to get an alpha red dot (Eotech, Aimpoint, etc) , feel free.

Holosun 510 Green
Very nice, absolute co witness with Yankee Hill back up sights, and the green seems better for picking up quickly, although red seems better for outside surroundings, as there's much in nature that's Green, and it plays tricks with my lousy eyes. I own both Red and Green versions of the 510c, and can say with confidence, it's a fantastic unit. I also own EOTech, and find the Holosun has a crisper image, and at a better price

Not bright enough
The green holographic is not bright enough when the sun is bright like the middle of the day. Other than that it is great. I switched from a red Eotech because it was not bright enough. I guess I will need to go to a red dot to see if you can see that when the sun is bright.

Excellent reflex sight
I mounted this on a Mossberg 930 and it’s worked great. I had another brand’s reflex sight on it, and after 10 rounds, the zero drifted and wouldn’t move horizontally, no matter how many clicks I adjusted. But, I’ve put 20 rounds thru it (all buckshot) with the 510C and it’s maintained zero perfectly. The green reticle is much easier for target acquisition, both day and night. Good FOV and the reticle adjusts for practical use from bright daylight to night. The lower profile and light weight makes it an ideal addition. The shake to wake and solar cell capabilities top off an already excellent sight.

Pistol optic for a PCC!
I have several Holosuns on my pistols and I'm just getting started with PCC's. Naturally, I looked into what Holosun offered for that platform. The HE510C is a perfect "scaling up" of a pistol optic for a PPC. The shape, controls, features, and quality are the same - just bigger. The lever is easily adjusted for the pic rail and it's very easy to zero. Very pleased!

HOLOSUN HE510C-GR ELITE

The standard that I judge all other dot sights against
Love this thing, it has a nice wide view through the lens, the dot and ring are clear and crisp (even with my mild astigmatism), the controls are simple and easy to remember, battery is easy to change (but you won't be doing that much), and the QD mount stays put after having to only readjust it the first day shooting.
The only downside is that it kicks quite a bit of light from the dot out the front glass, so don't expect to be stealthy.
