Crisper eotech alternative. - Holosun HE510C Elite 1x 2MOA Reflex Green Dot Sight

Got to try out a buddy's EOTech and wasn't impressed at the grainy-ness of the reticle or the price tag. For $200 less than the cheapest EOTech you get (more?) tech and a crisp auto brightness reticle with more battery life and shake awake. Yes this is an open optic so there is the possibility you could get mud or whatever else blocking the emitter. However if you're realistic with yourself you will *probably* never be in that situation. I have family in law inforcement that use this optic on their duty rifles and they trust it. That's more serious use than I or most others will ever put it through. I do have slight astigmatism and have no issues using it on a correct brightness level. If I turn it up too far I do get some smear or flare but it's still very usable.
