Holosun 403r - Holosun HS403R 2 MOA Red Dot Sight

Boringly good optic. Does as it should. I appreciate some of the design details such as the recessed turrets which protect them from accidental adjustments. Additionally the turrent caps have an integrated tool and directions for windage are printed below. The adjustments for the brightness settings and windage offer a satisfying tactile click when adjusting so there's no guessing. The only flaw really is the flimsy mount which hosts one recoil lug, but the optic itself is solid and rigid. Unfortunately, not an ideal candidate for night vision but again as a budget offering it delivers for a sub $200 optic. Just expect to eventually change the mount, luckily the 403R uses an aimpoint micro footprint so finding an aftermarket mount is super easy (giessele, ADM, MI, Reptilia...). Overall, I definitely recommend this optic to anyone but expect to change the optic mount if you're an individual that runs your gear pretty hard.
