The unit itself is solid, laser is very crisp. The pad it comes with is very bulky in the pic rail configuration, but it also comes with velcro pad and mounts easily between the quad rails.I also have the isis aiming, performance hard to tell the difference but I like the look and finish of the le better.

I wanted a laser to mount on my home defense weapon for passive aiming. It’s more rugged than I thought it would be by a mile. It’s sturdy and solid when mounted and the qd mounts quickly from rifle to rifle. I kept hearing how cheap the pressure pad is. Mount it with a ranger band wrapped around it and it does the job just fine. Upgrading is of course an option. All in all it gets 5 stars for how much abuse it can take and stay zeroed. It’s not a cheap piece of junk. The titanium housing brings trijicon acog housing to mind. Quick target acquisition is great. Also, if I was an intruder and had a laser on my chest from the dark, I’d quickly give up to save my own life. So it could potentially prevent the loss of life.

First thing I noticed was how solid and sturdy it felt. Extremely easy to zero and adjust. Daytime visibility was no problem at all on the high setting. Only reason I didn't give it 5* is because of the pressure switch cable....seemed too long. I cant figure out a way to get it neatly out of the way. I'm on a 10.5 SBR so only so much room with a light on there as well.
Pros:
- Easy to set up and get running real quick.
- Quality. Seems very durable.
Cons:
- price
- Pressure switch cord too long.

I’m very happy with this. I’ve run this on .223 sbr and .308 semi auto and everything works as expected. Mounting system is solid and electronics seem to be holding up, even in rainy conditions all day. Mount lever will come undone though, if it gets snagged pulling the rifle out of a tight bag. Didn’t happen often but happened at least once. So I tightened it down more and use a ranger band as extra tension.

This is great for a civilian laser. Looks nice and feels sturdy. Laser is bright. Most people can’t afford night vision so for just a home defense or range gun it works excellent and gets the job done.
Pros:
- Price
- Sturdy
- Strong Laser

Very nice and bright. Easy to adjust. OP had a great price and shipped quickly. Not crazy about the mount clamp, as it does not seem well made. We’ll see.

Holosun does it again....this time making a well made affordable laser. Not the main item but another tool in the bag to add to your rifle.

Very lightweight and extremely compact laser. Low profile. Perfect if you don’t have much room.

The LE 117IR laser I ordered arrived broken and unserviceable. After opening the product and registering the warranty I realized that night the adjustment nobs were broken and didn’t shift the lasers point of aim. Almost two months after sending it back to holosun For repair/replacement and still waiting. I’ve always heard holosuns optics were cheap and problematic, I guess their IR lasers fit into the same category. Still waiting… definitely will not buy another holosun product

I was looking for a strong green laser for my AR... this was it. There is a high power and lower power setting. The beam is very strong and the light cannon is not offset from the barrel (I mounted mine on top of the picantinny). I recommend the LE version over the cheaper LS version for its lower profile.
