My first negative experience with holosun - Holosun Military Grade Micro 1x22mm Red Dot Sight

I have owned several Holosuns and have enjoyed them. They have performed well and have been a great value. So, when shopping for a new red dot I went back to a brand I was familiar with and comfortable with. Given its price and previous performance I figured it was an easy choice. The quality had always been there. Once I received this red dot I headed to the range and zero'd it in at 50 meters. By the end of the day the impact had drifted substantially. I checked the mount, all good there, was on tight and had not loosened. The integrated mount by the way is easy to use and is a nice comes with. I ended the range session frustrated. So a week later I head back to the range and have to re zero. Again, by the end of the range day POI and POA diverged. It had drifted again. Maybe I received the one out of thousands that had a manufacturing error. Needless to say, I am returning it to Optics Planet. If not for this, I would be inclined to rate this product highly. It has great battery life, a bright dot with 65 MOA ring and it is a light and small optic.
