Brand new out of the box. Read instructions. Removed battery cover. Placed battery in using correct orientation. Placed on charger. Charging light changed from red to green. Let charge for 5 hours. Tried to turn it on - nothing. Reread instructions, double checked battery orientation. Nothing. Checked to make sure it was not in “lockdown” mode. Nothing. Checked that again. Nothing. Checked battery with meter, was fully charged. I hate waiting for my stuff. This thing should probably not left the factory. Having a warranty is great, having to use it sucks. Buying a Streamlight like I should have in the first place. Y’all make your own decisions.
