Good value pistol light
The new Holosun PID weapon light is a great value. I’ve been running one on a 2011 for over 3400 rounds. No hiccups at all. The only thing is, there aren’t a lot of holster manufacturers that make a good holster for it yet.

Bright and strong
This PID, does exactly what the name says! I use it for my home defense weapon system. I put it on to replace a lesser light by an unnamed company. Ive shot with it on and dropped it (on purpose) to make sure one it turn on accidentally and to test how secure it is. Passed both just fine.

Its ok. Buy Once
Unfortunately this goes in the buy once category. Buttons are stiff and not tactile at all. I literally had to use two hands to press the button. I wanted to keep this light even with it not having many options for holsters. Just couldn’t actuate the button.

It won’t fit in Springfield xd serie
There is not any single good light cheap in the market right now , this one could be but the company quality control failed, I bought this one for my xd 9 4” service model and one mounted in the gun frame i realized that the right side button is to close to the trigger guard impossible to operate, the light fit in one of my others gun because the trigger guard is thinner than the xd . Maybe I got one with that defect or it won’t fit in any xd series or any other gun with more than 1/2 inches trigger guard , I really like the light could be perfect without any complications or too much functions , high in lumens , high in candela , on / off , perfect balance for any handgun , you can replace the battery without removing the unit from the frame or charge it with a cable , not every brand has that option, I will buy it again if they fix that problem. Good luck � with your purchase.

Super bright MWL
I had purchased several Holosun red and green dot sights, and being impressed I gave their new light a try. It was discounted on OP and as much or more power(light) than most competitors. On off switches work well, its light, and have I said it's BRIGHT?

Reasonably priced, Big Performance.
This light adequately illuminates a room or target at about 30 feet away. The beam has a nice warm white to it that my eyes are about to pickup quickly and the added magnetic charger means I don't have to purchase batteries to get this thing ready for carry should the one supplied decide to die. The aluminum housing feels robust and solid, the buttons tactile and responsive. I'd feel comfortable using this light in a defensive situation to Positively IDentify a would be attacker. This thing is heavy and you know it is hanging on the business end of your service weapon of choice.
