Hs 403c exactly as advertised - Holosun Paralow HS403B 1x20mm 2 MOA Red Dot Sight

Read extensive reviews and videos of this before purchasing. Received it on Friday and took it to the range on Sat. I wanted to go lighter with my AR and the HS403C is definitely a smaller profile and lighter. The installation was straightforward and only took a few minutes. Since it's a 1/3 co-witness, I was able to adjust the red dot to my iron sights at home. When I took it to the range, I only had to make a few elevation and windage adjustments and it was right on. I was only able to run two mags through (60 rounds) but it performed flawlessly and the mount did not loosen. Red Dot stayed sighted on especially during quick reflex/target acquisition drills which is why I wanted this red dot for. I was able to mount it all the way forward on the upper receiver and it provides a great field of vision view especially with both eyes open. Red Dot was easy to acquire. The dot stayed clear and bright the entire time even on an indoor range. With the 403C, the dot is on all the time and adjust between solar power which adjusts the brightness based on the ambient lighting. Before I took it to the range, I had it outside to test how the red dot would look in the bright sun and it was clear and bright. I then took it inside into a dark room which then the battery would take over and the default brightness setting was just right, I didn't have to adjust it. So far this has right on with all the reviews. I'll be putting this through it's paces in various range settings and I expect it to stay true. Highly recommend it.
