Distorted reticle, doesnt hold zero

Was so excited for this optic but wow.... what a letdown! Does not hold zero at all, plus the reticle (circle, circle w/dot and plain old dot.) Is really stretched out and distorted. Thankfully Optics Planet allows returns.

This optic works very well. The dot is crisp. The window is clear and the size is perfect. I have tried several different brands of red dot optics and this one has become my go to optic.
