Holes do not line up
I saw a couple reviews about this and decided to try it out. Super cool optic, but it doesn't fit. I was pretty dissapointed, but the screw holes are off just enough that the optic will not mount properly.
No more batteries!!!!
Yes, no more batteries. Love this SCS optic. Three visual indicators give you some flexibility with what you’re shooting. Installed on my VP9L. And what a great gun. This optic and the VP9L is a great combo for shooting tactical targets or steel.

The right optic for the VP9
I've had other red dot sights on the H&K VP9 but they all require the typical adaptor plate to mount to the weapon and are too high to co-witness the OEM sights. The Holosun SCS VP9 is great weapon sight for the money and co-witnesses perfectly with standard height sights. The optic's low profile doesn't snag on clothing when drawing and installation is no more complex than putting on a hat. The choice of 3 reticles is nice as well.

It’s funny that people try to fit this on other pistols when it’s actually built for the HKVP9

Holosun SCS was a great disappointment.
I have the Holosun HE507C for one of my handguns. I love it. So I was confident that the Holosun SCS would be a good pick for the HK VP9.
The Holosun SCS is an inferior product to the HE507C. It does not allow you to save any changes you make like with the circle+dot, Dot, or Circle only display options. I use the dot only option and every time I power up the SCS I have change the display. The HE507C offer numerous intensity settings. The SCS sets the intensity setting automatically, you have an option to brighten it just once, but again you preferences are not saved so you have to do this change every time you power up. I was very disappointed. I have returned it for a refund.

JUST BUY IT!
This is the best money you will ever spend for every day carry green dot sight, period..you can still use iron sights and taking my time to remove all oil from the slide where optic cover was and taking alcohol to the slide and screw holes before installing VP9 SCS..Took less than 6 mins to install set screws to 15 inch pounds and good to go.it looks good on my vp9sk and fits and carries well in my iwb holster..3 different sight pictures to choose from,LOVE THE WHOLE SET UP. You ask,would you buy again....Daugh YES with no regretts

Ordered this optic for my HKVP9A1 . Perfect fit with no plate needed , only small adjustments needed to have sight on bullseye. Works great couldn’t be more satisfied
