2nd sight failed - cannot keep zero - don't waste your time or ammo on this rd - Holosun Sub-compact HS407K-X2 1x 6 MOA Dot Red Dot Sights

Bought as replacement for the OE Romeo0. The first HS407K purchased couldn't keep zero out of the box. With a P365XL and the OE sight I can group at about 4-5" @ 7yds w/ about a .4 string time, with this RD grouping went to about 2'. Sent it back to OP for exchange (even spent the extra$$ to upgrade to the green LED figuring it was just a fluke). Mounted replacement and it kept zero during it's first range session (100rds)..subsequent trips to range and the replacement dot is all over the place. IT's been 3 months since I received the replacement from OP. I'll probably return it to Holosun for warranty replacement and then sell the replacement. I'm not a fan of the plastic R0 sight (or the metal cover they sell for it) or adapter plates, so I will probably send my slide out to get milled/machined for an RMR.
