This stuff has been pretty hot in supermarket shelves, thought the optics pricing is far more competitive. I use this before OCR races or crossfit sessions when about to start and there is no time to digest.

Tasty, but not too sugary snack

The caramel ones taste great, are made with organic ingredients, and aren't too many calories. A good snack when out hiking or on the back 40.
