I made a phone call to cancel a backorder of shotgun slugs and the person on the phone was polite, friendly, and very helpful. I have had a very good experience in the past on a few shipments of rifle scopes. Optics Planet seems to have a very good attitude with customer service these days, that isn't necessarily the case throughout the rest of the country, it was refreshing!
