Great Ammo, but check in your gun first.

I have used Hornady Critical Defense before and stand by this lineup of ammo, but make sure you put enough rounds through your carry firearm to make sure it runs well. Just purchased a SIG P365 380 and it will not work in this gun. 5 FTF's in one box. I guess it doesn't like the pointy tip. Test, test, test your carry ammo. FYI...This Ammo(9MM) runs fine in my Shield Plus & 43X. Spend the money and buy extra boxes to test in your application

Love them for wife

A must have for wife’s carry. Light grain, high velocity and great expansion which means great stopping power which means confidence for me in her safety. All that from this great defensive round. Critical defense is exactly that. For a 365 380 these rounds are a must if lady has a 380 carry. We hope she never has to use them but totally recommend taking a few to range so you can see and feel velocity difference than her range heavier grain target ammo.

It feeds reliably

If you are having any feeding issues with a Glock 42 (or any of the other smaller .380's), especially with hollow points / carry / defense ammo, give this a try. It has a more rounded nose, giving it a smoother feed from magazine to ramp to chamber. Goes bang every time, and is accurate to point of aim. I've not personally done gel tests, but the ones I've seen demonstrate that this ammo performs admirably and as designed. Good price, good delivery time as well.
